DARK SKY SEASON OFFERS

Coll is only the 2nd island in the UK to be awarded a Dark Sky status. With no street lights on the island, it is a haven for dark sky watchers who want to catch the Northern lights or star gaze.

There are three locations allocated specifically for Dark Sky viewing on the Isle of Coll. One of these locations is just a mile down the road at the RSPB reserve. However in reality, most of Coll is equally dark, so just turn the lights off in the house, take out the Fatboy bean bags, get cosy and stare into the sky.
